PRESERVED AS PART OF SEATTLE HISTORY
Union Station is part of the history of Seattle, and was restored to its former glory and is now home to the headquarters of the regional transit agency.
The project also included over 1.1 million sf of office space located immediately adjacent to the station and within one block of Stadium Place. The Great Hall at Union Station is an iconic landmark in the heart of Seattle's Pioneer Square. The ethereal beauty of the 11,000 square-foot ballroom was built in 1911.
Winner of a National Preservation Award for Historic Preservation, the station is now preserved for future generations.
