Mr. Coss is a New York State Licensed Architect, NCARB certified, LEED Accredited Professional and member of the American Institute of Architects with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His DSA project experience includes the Graystone 36 story condo tower, MARI condos in Bellevue, F5 Networks’ TI build-out, the F5 Tower shell & core, The Sanctuary, and the Hotel at the Mark. Prior to his employment at DRE, Mr. Coss worked in New York City at Norman Foster’s design firm, followed by his development involvement on 432 Park Avenue, a 96-story high-rise towering at nearly 1400 feet tall.
