Weitao Zheng

Project Manager

Weitao Zheng is a project manager and financial analyst at DSA, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of complex development projects from concept to completion. His duties include development strategies/plans, land acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, budgeting, construction, financing, marketing strategy, lease-up, and property disposition. He is also involved EB5 fundraising and fund management.  Weitao has over a decade of international commercial real estate experience.  Prior to joining DSA and Daniels Real Estate, Weitao worked for Colliers and Savills Shanghai office.  His work focused on large-scale office leasing and tenant improvement management, which included managing transactions for Fortune 500 corporate clients. Weitao holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington.
