Krys Svendsen is Senior Project Manager at Daniels-Shumaker and Associates LLC. Krys has been in the construction management and development industry for 16 years helping to oversee every stage of a project from initial design to permitting and the whole construction process from groundbreaking to closeout.

Past projects she has worked on are Starbucks Center, Merrill Place, F5 Tower and the Sanctuary, Stadium Place development, Gridiron Condos, Emerald Condos, U Place, The Lodge at St. Edward and currently is on the Greystone Condominium project in Seattle and Mari Condominium project in Bellevue.
